These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the services and website provided by Sentient Ventures, LLC (https://sentientventures.ai) (“Sentient Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Site and related content are offered as a service to our clients, partners, and visitors. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The total aggregate liability of Sentient Ventures for any and all claims related to use of the Site is limited to the greater of:

the amount you have paid Sentient Ventures in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim; or

fifty U.S. dollars (US $50).

Our Site may reference or link to third-party products or services. Any transactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party. Sentient Ventures makes no warranties regarding third-party offerings.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Arbitration; No Class Action

Except where prohibited by law, disputes arising from use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Claims must be brought individually, not as a class action.

18. Miscellaneous

Notices may be posted on the Site or delivered via email.

Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains valid.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sentient Ventures.
